BIRMINGHAM FELINE FANCIERS - CFA Cat Club that puts on CFA Cat Shows and Feline Art Shows.

The Birmingham Feline Fanciers is a CFA Cat Club that puts on CFA Cat Shows on the last weekend of January at the Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center (BJCC). These shows typically includes up to 225 pedigree cats and 20-50 household pets (44 for 2009 show with 13 adoptions)). The HHP entries do not count against the 225 pedigree count. The club also features a feline art show with exhibits provided by local high school students and adult artist from the Birmingham area. The feline art for the January 2009 show was judged by a BFF club members. Ribbons were awarded to the top student and adult participants and very nice prizes (including gift certificates) were awarded to top student entries. Adult feline art is "for sale" to the public.
