         4nd Annual BFF Feline Art Show - 2012

• All works must be cat related
   

• All works must be submitted by our online submission system. Limit file size to 750 KB. If accepted, artist will be notified with drop off date and location.
   

• Limit is 3 entries per artist. Please submit each entry separately. If you receive a non acceptance, you may reenter another piece.
   

• Maximum size allowed is 18 x 24 inche
   

• Domestic Cats only, no Lions or Tigers.
   

• NO black  and white pencil sketches-colored pencil is acceptable
   

• The maximum framed size is 22x28. Framing is optional. Make sure to have enough Velcro to hold up the weight of a framed piece or a wire on the back.  We will be displaying the work on carpet display walls. They are made by Pro Panels.  So instead of hardware, I use Velcro to hang the art. It is very sturdy and easier to hang and move things than hardware
   

• We will be accepting 2-D and 3-D art this year. 3-D art may not be larger than 15 inches in any direction. 
  Note: BFF is not responsible for any damage loss or stolen work; however, we will handle the work as if it were our own.
   

• Any medium is acceptable.
   

• NO photography art.
   

• Maximum asking price is $200.
   

• If the piece sells, Birmingham Feline Fanciers will mail a check to the artist in the amount of 70% of the asking price, less any credit card charges, within four weeks of the sale date. If the piece does not sell, it must be picked up within one week of the end of the show (by Feb 6th, 2012) at the assigned pickup location. This location will be listed on our website very soon.
   

• All works must have either a wire or a sufficient amount of Velcro to stay on a carpet wall display. Do not use the carpet side of Velcro. Use the plastic side.
   

• All items that are shipped must include a $12 check or case to cover shipping.
